Behaviour Teaching

Behaviour Teaching is about teaching students to manage their own behaviour. We recognise that children make mistakes and through this they learn what is appropriate and inappropriate. We believe that the only person who can control a student's behaviour is the student.

We want our students to be considerate ... a person who has a sense of right and wrong, can manage emotions, cooperates, has potency and is able to use formal register.

We have 4 school rules and teach these to all students, because these rules will help students be successful at school - keep these and school's a breeze!

Our Student Behaviour Support Plan (SBSPlan) can also be found under the BCE policy tab. This plan details the way we aim to build on your child behaviour at St Flannan's, and support parents and carers.
